Our team works closely with title companies and attorneys to facilitate your exchange in compliance with IRS regulations. However, we cannot guarantee a successful exchange if the property does not qualify for reasons outside of our control.

Transparent Fees for CXS's Services

Our reasonable fees depend on the type and size of exchange. For “1 to 1” exchanges under $1 million, fees are $750-850. More complex reverse and improvement exchanges are typically $3,500 to $6,500. Interest earned on invested funds is typically split between the taxpayer and CXS. There are additional fees for exchanges with multiple properties.
